We endeavor to process your order as soon as possible. DVDs are shipped within 3-5 business days, via USPS 1st Class mail, unless a higher grade of service is indicated by your payment. 1st Class usually takes 3-7 days, depending upon your location. Priority Mail is available and will generally reduce transit time from day of shipment to 2 or 3 days. Shipments are made from 89440 most of the time.
Should you order by mistake or have a similar circumstance, we will cancel your order and credit you for your purchase, PROVIDED that 1) we have not shipped the item, or 2) if the item is shipped, we will wait for it to be returned, and will credit your order less our shipping cost.
Our refund policy applies only to defective product, and must be requested within 15 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply indicate the date of your purchase and the items purchased.
Refunds are not accepted. All Sales Final
We only exchange items if 1) the wrong title was received, or 2) there is a defect or damage. See the next item, below.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at FIRST, and wait for an email response. Our products are shipped within 3-5 days under most circumstances, via USPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to:PO Box K, Virginia City NV United States 89440. (SEE note, above). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
